Juan Pérez Floristan, Gold Medal winner of the 2021 Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, thrills standing room only audience in New York’s Carnegie Weill Hall.
Juan gave an outstanding performance and was a pleasure to watch and listen to. The audience, just as expected by everyone who heard him previously, fell in love with him.
His encore, Schubert’s Moments Musicaux, No. 3, was in honor of the memory of his grandmother who passed away the day he left for New York. That made this recital very personal and sentimental.
In addition to the concert, the American Patrons and Ne’emanim from Israel were treated to a scrumptious, elegant dinner at the Harmonie Club, where the guests of honor were the laureate artist, Eva Rubinstein, and Dr. Alina Rubinstein, Maestro Arthur Rubinstein’s daughters.
